- Gift card not redeemable for food or beverage in the restaurants
- Gift Card not redeemable for online items: Tournaments, Clubs, Leagues, Friends & Family Pass, Learn & Play Passes, Practice & Play pass, Junior Aces Pass or Loyalty Pass.
- Valid 5 years from date of purchase
- No physical gift card is issued, redemption code is emailed separately and can be redeemed online to add to player account or in the golf shops.
Redeem the code you were emailed online to add gift funds to your MemberSports account.
*Refunds: All refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase; no refunds after 30 days. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to infodenvergolf@denvergov.org. All un-used gift cards are eligible for a refund of the value of the gift card less a $10 processing fee.
**Transfers: Gift funds may be transferred at anytime online as long as the recipient has a valid email address in the MemberSports system.

- How can I view my gift card money online? Login at https://app.membersports.com/home, (your email should be your username). Once you are logged in, select “My Credits & Passes” from the menu options on the left side of the page.
- I received a gift card code as a gift but the system says it is not valid when I tried to redeem it. What can I do? Check to make sure you are typing it in correctly. If typing be sure to verify the code and ensure you are typing the correct letter or number – some people confuse the capital i’s for number one’s (1) and mix up the zeroes and letter o’s. If copy/pasting ensure that there are no extra spaces at the end of the code. If you have double checked all of that and are still having issues, please reply and provide as much detail as possible about the error you receive.
- I purchased a gift card and redeemed it, but I wanted to gift the money to someone else. How do I give the money to another player from my account? First, you will need to know your intended recipients email address. Then, login to your MemberSports profile at https://app.membersports.com/home. Once you are logged in, select “My Credits & Passes” from the menu options on the left side of the page. To the right of the gift card, select transfer and enter your recipients email address in the pop up search box. **If your recipient does not have a profile in the MemberSports system please reach out via email to infodenvergolf@denvergov.org for help.
- How do I purchase this as a gift? You will want to purchase the item normally–add the desired amount and quantity to your cart and proceed to checkout using your personal information. You will receive a confirmation email and a code email that is valid for the amount you purchased. You can then gift that code to your intended recipient at any time for them to redeem online to their account or at any of our 8 facilities.
- I purchased a gift card online, when will I see it online in my MemberSports account? You should have received an email from MemberSports with a redemption code. Follow the instructions in the email to add the funds to your MemberSports account or forward the code email to your intended recipient to redeem online.
- I purchased a gift card online, I never received the email with a code? First, check your junk / spam folder for an email from noreply@membersports.com. If you still don’t see an email contact us at infodenvergolf@denvergov.org
- I have a physical gift card or the gift was purchased online prior to 06/08/2023, How do I redeem it? If you have a physical gift card or certificate code purchased prior to 06/08/2023–then you will need to visit the golf course and make a purchase to add the funds to your MemberSports account and track your balance going forward online.
