Events Winter Cart Rate Due to the combination of dormant grass and extreme drought conditions this winter, the courses are incurring more damage than normal from cart traffic. After much thought and discussion, beginning January 17th, Denver Golf has chosen to charge an extra $6 per player for an 18-hole cart and $3 per player for a 9-hole cart until May 1st. We want to continue to offer golf carts to our guests, however, we know the golf carts will cause increased turf damage which will require additional funds to repair in the spring. Some courses in the area have chosen to eliminate golf carts completely or on certain days. Increasing the fee for carts during this time allows golfers on Denver courses a choice to still ride, and helps us generate the additional funds needed for any repairs to return to our high standards for golf course conditions this spring. To continue to allow us to provide carts during the winter months, please keep carts at least 30’ from greens, on cart paths whenever possible, and avoid worn areas. Thank you for your cooperation. Double Tee starts in winter to avoid frost delays We've had a busy golf season and the grass needs some rest to heal. In an effort to protect the turf and to avoid frost delays and create more availability we have moved to a two tee start.

First Tee - Colorado Rocky Mountains
Spring Registration Opens January 19th
First Tee – Colorado Rocky Mountains offers a wide variety of programs. All First Tee – Colorado Rocky Mountains programs include First Tee Core Values. Participants learn valuable lessons about the importance of maintaining a positive attitude; how to make decisions by thinking about the possible consequences; how to demonstrate sportsmanship whether they win or lose; and how to transfer First Tee Nine Core Values such as responsibility, honesty, integrity, respect and confidence from the golf course to everyday life. The goal for each program is to have purpose-driven programming for every interaction. First Tee – Colorado Rocky Mountains strives for a high level of retention so that the staff can grow with the participants and ultimately see them through college. The vision is for every participant to carry a golf club in one hand and a degree in the other. Junior golf is just part of First Tee. Through our program that strengthens character, kids will learn life skills that stay with them into the rest of their lives, like:
